What Is CQB Global Combatives Kids?

​

CQB Global Combatives Kids has been created and developed by Master Instructor Orkun Ankara.

Orkun has focused the class on self protection against bullies and/or attackers, environmental awareness and self discipline in a fun and safe manner which will help your children to gain and develop their self confidence, physical dexterity and  mental awareness.

The Childrens classes are run by Maser Instructor Orkun Ankara and his Assistant Instructor Catherine Jane Harris.

​

Catherine has contributed greatly to the kids program by supplementing her own mixed martial arts experience to compliment in support of Orkun's unique program.

​

The class begins with motion mobility and agility exercises, followed by Self protection training in a range of simulated combative drills and closing in a fun way with a game or two. 
 

Orkun has developed his own grading system to help guide the children's development and skill level.

​

There are 6 grading levels. Gradings are not held in a traditional manner like other martial arts. As your child trains and develops, in due time Orkun will notify you of your child's achievements when he knows they are ready and capable of the next level.

​

This process happens with prior notification, then a formal Certifcate with their new level color Wrist Band, which will be awarded by Master Orkun at the scheduled class date.
